How to Use Herbs

By the end of this lesson you will be able to use herbs to:

  7. lower your blood sugar
  8. encourage delivery
  9. stop bleeding
  10. ease muscle cramps
  11. help you urinate
  12. clear your lungs

So let's get started!  This lesson runs from Page 79 to 92.  It includes eight exercises which are specific to certain conditions. For example, you would do Exercise 20 if you were tired in the afternoon, and Exercise 22 for someone with a nosebleed. Do Exercises 21 and 25,  and do the others as the situations arise.

  2. Do Exercises 21 and 25, and any of the others that apply.
